Conscious Swim -Onetangi

Meeting: Eastern end of Onetangi beach

Below  you will find all the information you need to know to help you prepare for the day.

ABOUT THE DAY

In this ocean swim workshop we invite you to experience the many ways that you are connected to the ocean. We will delve into the waters of this motu/island and be guided by ocean swimmers  Rosie Walford, Carys Templer and Louise Marra.  They will  take us on a journey through our felt senses, the water cycle, and ways to release whatever you want to release. This is a swim unlike most others.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Swimwear/wetsuit

  • Goggles (if you have them)

  • Water to drink

  • A cup (for hot drinks afterwards)

  • Something to sit on towel/sarong- we will share kai together post swim

  • An open mind

TE HUARERE / WEATHER

We are hoping for beautiful weather but we cannot forecast that far into the future! The ocean is a wild living being and does not take orders so bear with us if dates need to be changed. Please give us a number for you and each of your colleagues who are coming, in case we need to make contact at short notice.
